Preserved Duck Egg



I finally did it.  And it wasn't that bad- besides the color and texture, it just tasted like a hard boiled egg.  Better with salt.  Check that off my bucket list!

  3. I've always wanted to try a century egg. Now that I see one close up I don't want to so much. I could deal with the black jelly part, but that yolk...
